Coe Child Care...A Positive Place for Kids!

School Age Programs

Available for kids ages five to twelve, our programs are a fun and safe place to be!  Four separate age groups meet together in their own space after school to share in activities they help create.

Morning Care

Opening at 7:00 AM, our mornings are designed for families who need an early start to their day.  We offer time for homework and a place to catch up with friends.  Breakfast is available through Coe School and served at 8:55.

PM Club Time

After arriving from school, children are free to enjoy a healthy snack, time with friends, fun projects and opportunities to learn new things.  Outside games or free play is always a part of our active afternoon.  Homework time is set aside each day so kids can work on school assignments and free up their eveningsCare is available to 6:00 PM.  For families enrolled afterschool, we're available during early dismissals.

Drop-In Care

Occasional care can be arranged for families needing one or two mornings or afternoons during the month.  To enroll your child for drop in, complete the registration material and return the forms with the membership fee.  When you do need an afternoon of child care, call us at least a day ahead to check for a space.  If one is available,  the staff will be alerted to your child's arrival and will be ready with a warm hello. Full days and early dismissal may also be available for drop in care.  Feel free to call us for more information.

Early Dismissals

Schools close early several times during the school year for staff training, conferences and holidays. Families who are enrolled in our PM Club program are automatically registered for early dismissal care. You do not need to sign up for this.  Contact us if you need drop in care during an early dismissal; we'll see about an available spot.

Holiday Care

Full days, such as Winter Break or Spring Break, are a separate registration from our before and after school program.  Because there are families who choose to stay home or vacation during full days, holiday care is not included in our base rate tuition.  Four weeks prior to a full day of care, a sign up sheet becomes available on the front counter for families to register.  Full days are on a first come basis and while it does fill up, most families can find a spot.  If a waitlist is created because we have reached room capacity, check it often.  It does move.
